Custom operations software for ecommerce fashion

Stop getting
stitched up.

Your forecast hasn’t been true since March. Your supplier’s gone quiet since the deposit cleared. And the next buy is your biggest bet of the year. Stichup sits across your whole operation and catches the stitch-ups before they cost you.

A stitch-up is what’s been happening to you. Stichup is where it stops.

The operational gap 01

Your brand already has software

The stitch-up happens between it.

Growing fashion brands rarely need another dashboard. They need information that actually moves between their systems. Every gap it doesn’t cross is somewhere to get done over.

Stichup is that layer, built around the stack you already run. Less rebuilding context. More deciding.

stitch-up /ˈstɪtʃ-ʌp/ n., Australian. Getting done over, usually by someone you trusted. See also: your freight invoices.

Five commercial modules 02

Start where it stings most

One module.
Several. Or the whole operation.

Each module is shaped around your systems and decision boundaries. Most brands start with 01 and 02: a forecast you can bet a buy on, and an agent that keeps suppliers honest.

01

Inventory & Planning

The stitch-up: the spreadsheet you reordered from was 60 days stale.

Know what is moving, what is exposed and what to buy next—across every style, colour and size.

  • SKU, style & size visibility
  • Forecasting & stock cover
  • Reorder recommendations
  • Size curves & buyer overrides
02

Supply Chain & Fulfilment

The stitch-up: “in production” has meant nothing since the deposit cleared.

Carry the purchase order from first draft to final receipt, then watch the warehouse exceptions that matter.

  • POs & production milestones
  • Inbound reconciliation
  • 3PL & stock connections
  • Dispatch SLA exceptions
03

Ecommerce & Customer Operations

The stitch-up: the customer asked one question. Three systems gave three answers.

Keep products, promotions, orders and customer conversations connected to the operational truth behind them.

  • Product & SKU onboarding
  • Listing-health workflows
  • Promotion operations
  • Supervised service drafts
04

Finance & Performance

The stitch-up: the margin looked fine until the freight bill landed.

See the operational drivers behind margin, cash and cost—without confusing management reporting with accounting advice.

  • Operational P&L & cash flow
  • Budgets versus actuals
  • Order & product economics
  • Cost reconciliation
05

Marketing & Growth

The stitch-up: the ad platform marking its own homework.

Connect campaign decisions to product performance, customer behaviour and the inventory available to sell.

  • Spend, attribution & ROAS
  • Email & SMS reporting
  • Product-aware recommendations
  • Before-and-after tracking
The complete operating system 03

Stichup OS

Not more dashboards.
Reliable information flow.

The complete implementation connects the command centre, inventory, forecasting, reordering, supply chain, fulfilment, ecommerce, customer service, finance, marketing and activity history.

When one area changes, the next decision receives the context it needs.

Managed Agent Team 04

Agents handle the checking

People retain
the judgement.

Add a managed team of specialised agents to the modules you choose. They check everything, draft the work, and never get bored at line 4,000 of an invoice. Nothing acts without approval.

01

Inventory agent

Monitors stock risk and prepares an investigation.

02

Purchasing agent

Checks overdue supplier and production milestones.

03

Fulfilment agent

Identifies stuck orders and drafts a warehouse enquiry.

04

Customer service agent

Gathers order context and prepares a reply.

05

Reporting agent

Assembles a clear management summary.

06

Marketing agent

Matches campaign ideas to available inventory.

Integrations 05

We handle the connection work

Your existing stack,
made operational.

We integrate with the systems your operation depends on. Where an API is available, we connect directly. Where it isn’t, we design a safe, maintainable workflow around the available data.

Stichup does not replace functioning systems without a good reason. It connects and extends them.

Cut for fashion commerceNot adapted from generic SaaS

Fashion has a different
operational grain.

Developed from real fashion ecommerce operations, not a template. The first Stichup ran inside an established Australian clothing brand: $7,000 clawed back in fulfilment credits, $22,000 of unopened invoices flagged, $77,000 a year found hiding in the bank ledger. Built for styles, colours, sizes, drops, suppliers and 3PLs.

Focused implementation

Start with one module.

Solve one problem without replacing the rest of your stack. For most brands that’s the buy: a forecast you can commit to, and an agent chasing supplier milestones.

Frequently asked questions 09

The practical details

Before we
start stitching.

Why is it called Stichup?

A stitch-up is Australian for getting done over. Unwatched operations do it constantly — split parcels, misapplied rates, invoices nobody opens. Stichup exists to end them. The spelling is ours.

Is Stichup an off-the-shelf SaaS product?

No. Stichup is a managed custom-software service. We shape each implementation around your workflows, systems, data and decision boundaries.

Do we need to replace our current systems?

Usually not. We preserve systems that are doing their job, then connect and extend them. Replacement is considered only when there is a clear operational reason.

Can we start with one module?

Yes. A focused module is often the right first step. It is designed so that adjacent workflows and the complete Stichup OS can be added over time.

Which platforms can Stichup integrate with?

We work across ecommerce, ERP, 3PL, accounting, marketing, support and communication systems. Specific connections are assessed during discovery; where a direct API is unavailable, we design around safe data access.

Will agents act without approval?

Only within boundaries you have deliberately approved. We begin with observation, investigation and drafting. Proven low-risk routines can be automated later, with logging and escalation paths configured for the workflow.

Does Stichup provide accounting or tax advice?

No. Finance modules provide operational reporting, reconciliation and decision support. Your accountants and advisers remain responsible for regulated accounting and tax matters.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the workflow, data quality and integrations involved. Discovery establishes a realistic scope, proof plan and expansion path before the build begins.
